Hello and welcome to everyone interested in rightshifting performance

This is my first post to this new blog on perfecting process performance.

In case you hadn't realised, my colleagues and I are specialists working with a variety of blue-chip clients and public admin organisations to rightshift the whole-life performance for the world of business technology.
Do visit us at Software Measurement Services Ltd.

The term 'righshifting' was coined by my friend, Bob Marshall, Chief Coach of Falling Blossoms. It refers to the extreme left-skew of most measures of organisational and project performance, and hence the opportunity (and urgent need) to improve. Successful improvement actions result in a rightshift of the performance achieved.

If you are keen to learn more, you are welcome to join us at the Software Measurement and Improvement Forum (SMIF) which holds face-to-face meetings, with guest speakers roughly every 3 months. For more details link to the SMSknowledge page.
